About the Role:
We're seeking a dedicated Compensation Analyst to administer our online annual review and compensation initiatives across various business units, departments, and international regions. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries related to annual reviews and compensation, managing off-cycle adjustments including merit increases, promotions, and title updates, as well as conducting thorough compensation market research. Your expertise will also extend to developing job descriptions, and accurately preparing compensation reports.
The ideal candidate will exhibit an unwavering commitment to confidentiality, sensitivity, and accuracy, alongside exemplary communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels within our organization.
