Position Title:

Office Manager

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years experience in related work.

Job Description:

Responsible for accomplishing a wide variety of administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

Effective verbal and written communication skills. Possess solid computer skills with outstanding proficiency in Microsoft software packages and agility in new software and processes. Excellent organizational skills, including scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to managers and other assigned staff, including but not limited to, preparation of correspondence, maintenance of files and records, and calendars.
  • Respond to routine telephone requests with standard answers; refer calls and visitors to appropriate staff.
  • Control mail and assure timely staff response; may send form letters.
  • As instructed, maintain the supervisor's calendar and arrange for meeting locations.
  • Review materials prepared for supervisor's approval for proper format and typographic accuracy.
  • Type, take, and transcribe dictation.
  • Prepare reports involving statistical data, tables, and charts.
  • Maintain recurring internal reports, such as time and leave records, office equipment inventory, correspondence controls, and training plans.
  • Requisition supplies, printing, maintenance, or other services as required, meeting time-sensitive needs.
  • Establish and maintain office files.
  • Respond to employee questions regarding charge codes.
  • Schedule appointments, arrange travel schedules and reservations.
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail and phone activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: Based upon experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
