Job Description
The Operations Manager plays an important role in providing excellent customer service primarily through our inside sales department. Daily responsibilities include leading teams, assisting customers (in person, over the phone and online), directing the flow of work, and responding to all operational needs of the business. Additionally, the Operations Manager will help with merchandising, will call for customers and utilize our ERP system for ordering/quoting, credits and inventory management.
