```Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Coordintor to join our team. As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the primary contact for customers needing equipment repairs. You will manage the logistics of 3 road service techicians and the billing for the service department. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and have a positive experience with our company.
Duties:
- Interact with customers and technicians to ensure quality service is being provided
- Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with service manager to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service management role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Willingness to gain technical knowledge of the equipment we service
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, both over the phone and in writing
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
