Location: San Antonio, TX

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent industry experience
• 6-8 years of experience managing, independently, implementations of large projects greater than $5 million and an effort of over 10,000 hours to include
• 4 years of experience on software development teams, plus at least 4 years' experience as a Scrum Master working with multiple Agile teams
• Knowledge of Project Management disciplines
• Knowledge of Software development lifecycle
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in the application of Agile frameworks and practices
• Proven ability to manage and mentor development teams effectively
• Excellent interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively present ideas, facilitate meetings and discussions, and design and lead training workshops
• MUST HAVE Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
• Certifications in project management and scrum master ( PMP and CSM )

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate the implementation of business systems in support of Lines of Business programs.
• Develop the project charter, capacity, effort and cost estimates, resource requirements, work break down structure, and schedule
• Scheduling resources on tasks, status update meetings, and working sessions; conducting reviews and tracking the progress of the project
• Report and present to the project stakeholders
• Monitor the vendor deliverables and service level agreements for the project
• Develop risk assessment, risk mitigations/responses, documentation of issues, assigning issues, and tracking issues to closure
• Follow and enhancing established Project Management methodology, deliverables, standards, and procedures and utilization of project budget by developing capital expenditures and reviewing and approving invoices.
