Project Manager at Xtreme Roofing LLC

Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for delivering exceptional results? Xtreme Roofing LLC is seeking a talented Project Manager to oversee our roofing projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of roofing and construction projects.

- Conduct site inspections and assessments to determine project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.

- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

- Procure materials and equipment necessary for project execution while adhering to quality and safety standards.

- Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that may arise, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.

- Provide regular updates and reports on project status, budget, and timelines.

Requirements:

- Experience with some construction knowledge, preferably in the roofing industry recommended but not required.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.

- Ability to load and deliver material to job sites.

- Experience in driving, pulling large gooseneck trailers, backing trailers, etc.

- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

- Excellent driving record and valid drivers license is required.

- Flexibility in schedule for evening and weekend hours.
