Responsible for assigned Information Systems projects. Utilizes resources and technology; collaborating with clinical experts, IT, vendors, and hospital leaders to support best practices, installations and implementations of the organizational systems. Provides analysis of guidelines, policies, procedures and work processes.

Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or other fields of study or equivalent required experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Licensure: None.

Experience: Three (3) years of experience (with degree requirement) or six (6) years of experience (with Associate degree) or eight (8) years of experience (with no degree) leading projects and supporting of enterprise IT healthcare systems in a healthcare setting.

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Knowledge of operating systems, application software, programming languages, network technologies and software design and development. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and collaborate with others to achieve project outcomes and meet deadlines. The ability to work autonomously as well as interdependently and concurrently with many people, projects and programs. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree in Project Management.

Licensure: Project Management Professional (PMP).

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Management applications.
