Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at our front desk.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Provide excellent customer support to guests with inquiries or issues
- Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk area
- Utilize computer skills for tasks such as email communication and using Google Suite

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer literacy and data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus

- Dance studio experience is a plus but not required.
