Xtreme Action Park is the largest indoor entertainment facility in South Florida. We offer Go Karting, Laser Tag, XD Darkride, Virtual Reality, Roller Skating, Bowling, Arcade games, Mini Golf, Trampoline park, Escape Rooms, a Full Restaurant and Bar. We host events big and small, everything from live MMA fights, to Birthday Parties and Corporate events.

Being an Event Host

Xtreme Action Park is looking for exceptional event hosts that can bring the life to parties big and small. We are always looking for motivated employees who are dedicated to working as a team and have a positive attitude.

Event Hosts establish a trusting relationship with the party parents, guiding them through the process from start to finish. Our hosts monitor clients expectations, anticipate their needs, and help fulfill their requests by coordinating with other attractions and employees. As the most desired position at the park, the Event Hosts have the opportunity to make lifelong memories for our guests.

Applicants for this position must be able to meet high demands of party goers/planners and provide prompt customer service. Event Hosts are active thinkers, great listeners, and those with impeccable customer service. An event host must be quick on their feet, and offer unique experiences to our customers. In doing so, you will ensure that the party runs smoothly, and on time, in alignment with your other hosts and guests of the park. You will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of every activity we have to offer, and to be able to be the life of the party. Your goal is to make someone’s big day a memorable one. As an Event host you are also able to make tips.

Job Responsibilities

We need amazingly talented hosts to provide the best service to our guests and their parties - big or small. As a event host you will be hosting large corporate events, camps and birthday parties.

You must be able to smile, delight the customers, upsell our venue, and offer unparalleled customer service.

Qualifications

Stand for long periods of time and lift over 35 pounds

Offer amazing customer service

Have excellent time management skills

Be quick on your feet to come up with unique solutions

A fast learner - willing to learn anything and everything

Has excellent communication skills and can offer the guest a one on one experience

Great with kids and adults

Be outgoing - Bring the life to the party

Event and Party Hosts Preferred Experience:

Worked as a server or in hospitality for 2 years

Worked at in a party centric or corporate centric environment (think Top Golf, Dave and Busters, Casinos, BB&T Center, AA Arena, high-end corporate events)

Used to making large tips because of amazing service
