We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years previous call center experience, excellent communication skills, capable of handling heavy phones, working in a fast paced environment and a proven ability to provide excellent customer service. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and environmentally conscience company.

**Duties:**

- Answer in-bound calls from potential customers and existing customers.

- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and via email

- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions

- Written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers

- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently

- Excellent listening skills to analyze customer information to recommend accurate services

**Requirements:**

- Strong sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

- Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus

- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism

- Prior experience in-bound calling or customer service is required

- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail

Several positions available, Full-Time and Part-Time. This position offers a competitive salary of $20-$23 per hour, 100% employer paid medical insurance for employee, 401(K) with employer match, paid time off, employer paid 24Hour Fitness membership. We are under new management and provide a supportive, positive, pleasant work environment.
