Xsolla is Hiring a Customer Support Intern Near Los Angeles, CA

Xsolla, a leading e-commerce company in the video game industry, is hiring a Customer Support Intern to join our team and provide exceptional service to our valued customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn firsthand about customer support operations while making a meaningful impact on our customers' experience. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in customer service within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Learn and utilize our customer support systems and tools to accurately log and track customer interactions and resolutions
  • Collaborate with other teams, including technical support and account management, to address complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to customers on Xsolla's services and offerings
  • Identify trends and recurring issues in customer inquiries and escalate them to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution
  • Continuously strive to improve the customer support experience by suggesting process enhancements and sharing customer feedback with the team
  • Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
REQUIREMENTS
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and inquiries
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Must be currently enrolled at a 4-year accredited university
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and highly flexible
