The Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist is responsible for contacting and screening qualified driver, dock, and hourly office applicants to fill open positions at our facilities, while maintaining current knowledge of transportation rules, regulations, and XGS minimum hiring requirements. This person will also help with onboarding, so knowledge of HR is strongly preferred.
This role is eligible for incentive. Earn base salary plus uncapped incentive for hiring and retention. Earn up to $10K , in addition to your base salary, per year with the TA Incentive Plan.
