Xponential Fitness is Hiring a General Manager Near Seattle, WA

Xponential Fitness is the national leader in luxury boutique fitness and is looking for amazing talent to join our team. Our studio is seeking a motivated General Manager to lead our studio to success! This position will be based in the Seattle area.

POSITION: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations. As the General Manager, you are responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our establishment, to ensure exceptional customer service, and drive profitability. This also includes managing and training a team of front-desk sales associates to ensuring they are hitting sales goals and maintaining a high level of customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years of management experience or relevant sales experience preferred
  • Confident in generating personal sales and supervising a team of sales reps
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
  • Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
  • An affinity and passion for fitness
  • Solid writing and grammar skills
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, neat and organized
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
  • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking software
  • College Degree Preferred

*This is a full-time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights, early mornings, weekends and some holiday availability.

DUTIES:

  • Lead generation including grassroots marketing and networking
  • Drive membership and retail sales
  • Recruit, train, and supervise sales representatives
  • Provide leadership and direction to the entire team, including front-of-house and back-of-house staff
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among employees
  • Independently make decisions related to high-level customer service
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
  • Oversee daily operations, client services, and cleanliness
  • Manage inventory levels and control costs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
  • Enforce studio policies and procedures
  • Meet revenue sales goals
  • Achieve a high member retention rate
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
  • Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop innovative sales offerings
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
  • Any other duties as assigned

SKILLS:

  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and shift management
  • Previous experience managing a sales team is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management team
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to address issues promptly and efficiently
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve financial targets
