Job Overview:
The program nurse helps monitor and assess client health. Responsibilities include the administration and review of medication, monitoring the health of clients, and maintaining the health records of clients.
Responsibilities:
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse preferred
- Experience in assisted living, behavioral health, ER, or laboratory settings is a plus
- Proficiency in performing tube feedings, suture removals, specimen collection processing, and other relevant skills
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Illinois.
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
