Global Account Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Global Account Manager to join Xerotech and help drive the Hibernium platform adoption across industries and markets. This position will require occasional travel.

In this role you’ll get to:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for named customer accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Prepare and communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Prepare reports on customer account status
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Preparing sales reports
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Represent the company during customer visits

To excel you will need:

  • Highly ambitious technology enthusiast looking to grow significantly with the company and the role
  • Passion for fast-paced, high growth, high-tech environment
  • 3 years of relevant work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or similar role preferably in off-highway and battery markets
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to relentlessly prioritize
  • Proven technical, quantitative and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products
  • Understanding of how to position products against competitors
