The Position: Line Cook

Responsibilities:

Xclusive Services is currently seeking a Line Cook to assist with food production and plating arrangements per client’s specifications.

• Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other garnishes
• Stock and maintain required levels of food products at line stations to ensure smooth service
• Responsible for duties assigned at a specific position on the line including but not limited to the grill, stove, vegetable preparation area, appetizers, and desserts
• Prepare station with all supplies necessary to carry out services
• Ensure area is clean before, in-between, and after meals

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience preferred
• Must be flexible with placement variation based on business demand
• Must be able to travel locally to various accounts days, nights, overnights, weekends
• Department/area assignments include: Outlets, Cafeteria, Restaurants, Bar, Banquets, and Events

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
