We are looking for a Front End Engineer to join our team.

We work in small, fast paced agile teams that collaborate to solve complex (Government, Business) challenges, oftentimes on systems or tools that affect thousands of users.

Requirements

• Some government projects may require that you obtain a public trust or higher security clearance in order to be eligible.
• Some federal contracts require U.S. citizenship to be eligible for internship or employment.
• All work must be done within the U.S.
• Some Federal contracts require a degree in computer science or additional years of experience as a substitute

What it looks like:

• Use modern programming languages and frameworks to build scalable products or services
• Experience with modern fron-end frameworks such as:
  • React, Vue.JS, JavaScript, Angular, Java, Go and Ruby
• Work directly with product team to translate design into code (CSS/SCSS, JSON)
• Use unit testing to ensure systems meet business needs
• Ship software that directly impacts the lives of everyday people
• Build APIs that support both the digital services we deliver as well as third-party usage
• Work in an agile team
• Foundational knowledge and experience with Amazon Web Services EC2, S3 and others

What we are looking for:

• Experience developing web applications and services
• Creates technical processes that create testable and maintainable software with minimal technical debt.
• Experience with GitHub, GitLab 
• Troubleshoots technical issues in application and infrastructure code. 
• Develops and implements plans for the continuous improvement and evolution of the software system.
• Experience with Content Management systems (Craft CMS, Drupal, Contentful or others) a plus
