Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.

5 years? experience in technical program management in a software development or Infrastructure management org.

3 years working hands-on with Jira to manage and prioritize tickets, build dashboards, and communicate status (done, in-progress, not started)

Grit, passion, energy, and a strong sense of ownership coupled with an appetite for collaboration!

Incredible attention to detail, and the ability to track and communicate those details to stakeholders succinctly and clearly.

Superb communication skills: writing (documentation, procedures, emails, etc.), and verbal (Running meetings, driving actions through influence, reporting to stakeholders).

Preferred qualifications

Master?s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, CS, or another technical field.

7 years of exp. managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects in a software development or Infrastructure management org.

ISC2 CISSP or CCSP Security Certifications or equivalent domain knowledge

5 years working with Jira to manage and prioritize tickets, build dashboards, and communicate status.

Experience working across a distributed, and highly integrated team with technical and non-technical members to drive closure on open issues.

PMP Certification/ PgMP Certification

Agile Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master
