The below job summary and responsibilities reflects the duties of the Distribution Designer I. The level II and Senior level will differ as different skills and/or experience will be required. Position Summary
Entry level design position that provides new and existing commercial, industrial, residential, and internal customers with distribution design project management for the least complex areas of design. The responsibility of this position is to function as the primary contact for future and existing customers by providing cost effective designs that balance customer needs in accordance with Xcel Energy's standards and administrative guidelines. May provide work clarification for construction personnel and act as the liaison between the construction department and customers. May be expected to assist as needed after normal business hours during emergency situations.

Distribution Designer I: Minimum Requirements (Pay Range: $23.20-$32.40)
Distribution Designer II: Minimum Requirements (Pay Range: $26.40-$36.87)
Sr. Distribution Designer: Minimum Requirements (Pay Range: $30.40-$42.60)

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $23.20 to $42.60 per hour
