We are seeking a dynamic Quality Supervisor with a strong background in manufacturing and quality management. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, capable of conducting detailed inspections and overseeing a dedicated team in a high-paced shop environment. This role demands a professional with a solid understanding of ISO 9001 and AS 9100 standards and their practical application in manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on inspections to ensure quality and compliance with international standards.
• Lead a team of 3-5 employees, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a key point of communication between the engineering department and shop floor, effectively addressing and resolving issues.
• Utilize technical skills in SOLIDWORKS, POLYWORKS, and CAD files to support quality assurance processes.
• Apply knowledge of advanced tools such as ferroarm technology and touchpoint probes to enhance inspection accuracy.

Requirements:

• Diploma required; Associate's degree in science preferred.
• Manufacturing background with management experience, not necessarily limited to quality supervision.
• Proficient understanding of ISO 9001 and AS 9100 standards.
• Technical proficiency in SOLIDWORKS, POLYWORKS, CAD, 3D scanner technology, and touchpoint inspections.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to act as a proxy in shop floor discussions.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to avoiding interpersonal conflicts.
