Job Summary:
This position will focus on ensuring that ancillary quality measures are being adhered to, tracked and followed up on as indicated. This individual will lead critical ancillary projects to completion. This position will assist as directed with the management laboratory and medical X-Ray services operations.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Completion of a clinical laboratory training program preferred
Earned an Associate Degree in clinical/medical technology from an accredited institution preferred
Experience:
1 year phlebotomy experience preferred.
2 years supervisory work experience in a health care setting preferred.
2 years’ experience with quality control measures required.
Certification/Licensure:
BLS required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment
Special Skills:
Bilingual capability helpful
Must have good interpersonal skills
Must have flexibility and ability to manage multiple obligations and set priorities

Email, internet, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
