Wylander Solutions, a recruiting company specializing in the Restoration & Construction industry, is hiring a Reconstruction Project Manager for a full-service restoration company located in Bloomington, IL.

Construction Project Manager Compensation and Benefits:

The Reconstruction Project Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of the project cycle for restoration projects by providing direction and coordination of all field activities related to the installation teams and any coordinated subcontracts; managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle; and securing any unique materials, permits and/or equipment required to complete the project.

Reconstruction Manager Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute reconstruction projects to completion
  • Work with Estimators to review and oversee job estimates
  • Determine, organize and manage technicians, subcontractors and tradesmen
  • Coordinate estimates from subcontractors
  • Maintain strategic relationships with vendors and subcontractors
  • Maintain efficient and accurate flow of production paperwork
  • Order project materials and coordinate delivery to job site
  • Ensure and monitor materials usage within budget and scope
  • Exceed profitability targets on managed projects
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and all parties involved, including third party owners, building engineers, property managers and tenants
  • Perform property inspections and complete reports



Requirements:

  • 3 years’ relevant experience within the restoration/ construction industry
  • IICRC or other industry specific certifications desired
  • Strong communication, customer service, organization & prioritization skills (detailed oriented)
  • Experience with financial reports, budgeting, and managing profitability
  • Experience with Xactimate software is a plus
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
  • Self-motivated, responsible and accountable
  • Pass a background check and have a clean driving record
