Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems within our facility. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and systems
- Inspect and test machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Diagnose problems using logic controllers and other diagnostic tools
- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
- Perform high voltage and low voltage electrical work
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate repairs
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage
- Proficiency in stick welding and fabrication techniques
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
- Experience with HVAC/R systems is a plus
- Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
