Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computer systems. This is a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy
- Enter and update Employees Time in the system
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Retrieve data from the community managers
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all data
Experience:
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math skills for numerical data entry
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational skills to manage large volumes of data efficiently
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
