Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal support and assistance to our clients. This position offers an opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Duties:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
- Assist with litigation matters, including preparing for hearings, trials, and depositions
- Write legal memoranda and opinions
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Assist with legal administrative tasks as needed

Skills:
- Strong research skills with the ability to efficiently gather and analyze information
- Proficient in legal drafting and writing
- Ability to litigate cases effectively
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in Missouri
- Experience with Lexis-Nexis or other legal research tools is preferred
