Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 12 PM - 8 PM; Saturday & Sunday, 12 PM - 8 PM

What You Will Bring:

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Building moving reservations/quotes to meet client service and budget needs.
• Daily follow-up with leads and potential customers.
• Expert negotiation skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

Compensation:

• A base draw of $150 for full schedule adherence in-office.
• A lucrative commission and bonus structure, with agents earning up to 27% of total commissions. Potential earnings range between $1,500 - $3,000 depending on performance.
• Weekly pay and a dynamic range of leads to work with: Inbound, Outbound, and Organically Generated Web Leads.
