Job Summary:

We are in pursuit of a dynamic B2B Marketing/Sales Coordinator to amplify our footprint in the rapidly evolving cannabis sector. This role is critical for weaving together innovative B2B marketing campaigns, spanning online realms and physical spaces, and for leveraging the advanced functionalities of HubSpot to spearhead our Go-To-Market strategy. Acting as the linchpin between marketing and sales, you will be instrumental in fine tuning our outreach methodologies, intensifying engagement levels, and streamlining the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrated Campaign Development & Management: Forge and continuously optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, utilizing HubSpot CRM, mass email marketing with Klayvio, SMS, retailer portal landing pages, and social media strategies. Your aim is to uplift engagement and drive conversions, ensuring alignment between marketing endeavors and sales goals.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Leverage HubSpot’s analytics to dissect our sales funnel, identifying high-value accounts and setting precise KPIs. Initiate and manage marketing projects from ideation to execution, ensuring each aligns with our broader business strategy and sales objectives.
  • Content & Digital Presence Oversight: Curate a comprehensive content calendar, produce engaging marketing materials, and manage our digital footprint across various platforms. This includes overseeing the creation and distribution of collateral, presentations, digital content, and spearheading our social media strategy.
  • Event & Activation Leadership: Take the helm in organizing our participation in industry events, from the strategic planning phase through to execution and analysis, to maximize lead generation and bolster our brand presence.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Innovation: Delve into market research, employing HubSpot’s CRM to glean insights on customer behaviors and preferences. Employ a data-driven approach to inform strategy, continuously scouting for competitive and industry trends to keep our marketing efforts cutting-edge.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Foster productive dialogues with both internal and external partners, ensuring campaigns resonate with target audiences and align with our brand ethos. Lead the charge in reimagining our marketing efforts through creative and impactful collaborations.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of robust B2B marketing experience, particularly in demand generation and funnel optimization, with a successful track record in utilizing HubSpot’s suite.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with a flair for analytics and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in orchestrating trade show activations and deploying account-based marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a history of fostering cross-functional teamwork.

The First 90 Days:

  • Establish a comprehensive retail communication plan, adaptable to the dynamic needs of the business.
  • Take full ownership of our B2B digital and print campaign calendar, overseeing development timelines, budgeting, and e-commerce marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with merchandise and planning departments for optimal product visibility and engagement.
  • Initiate regular KPI reporting to track performance and inform strategic adjustments.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field, supplemented by a strong background in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, adept at navigating ambiguity with a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to multitask across various campaigns and platforms.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, from SEO to social media, and the ability to leverage analytics for strategic insights.
