Worldwided Glass Resources Inc. is Hiring a Human Resources Manager Near Vineland, NJ

Job Overview:

Worldwide Glass Resources® is a premier solution provider offering engineering and technical expertise in the design and production of laboratory vials and accessories.

Reporting to the President, the Human Resources Manager will serve the organization through all phases of Human Resources. Responsibility includes recruiting, orientation, employee relations, employee data management, benefits, employee development and provide support and guidance to the facility management and employees across 3 shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage recruiting through hire.
  • Work with managers to resolve and prevent employee relations issues.
  • Management of benefits and wellness programs.
  • Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs.
  • Develop and implement HR Policies and Procedures.
  • Track HR Metrics including Absenteeism, Turnover, Revenue per Employee, Cost per hire, Time to Hire, Performance and Potential.
  • Overseeing the annual Employee Performance Management process.
  • Processing Weekly Payroll (Backup).
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with management to develop workforce planning strategies.
  • Assist with Safety compliance training.
  • OSHA Recording Management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be proficient with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational, planning and management skills.
  • Strong collaborative skills.
