You will serve as the main point of contact for our members, answering their questions, resolving their concerns, and providing solutions to help them succeed in their travel businesses.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring their satisfaction and success
• Respond to member inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
• Resolve member issues and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve member experience and provide feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address member needs and deliver solutions
• Track and document member interactions and outcomes
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to better serve our members
