Job Description

Position Summary: WorldStrides Individual/Consumer division has core growth opportunity in offering new products and programs that have mass consumer appeal and can be delivered both virtually on demand as well as some in person offerings. This is a new area of our portfolio and the Sr.Product Marketer aligned to this business will be a key contributor to the success of scaling this new high growth part of the portfolio. The ideal candidate will be an experienced omnichannel marketer with a deep expertise in digital. The incumbent will be passionate, energetic, analytical, a team player who can build relationships across a matrixed environment to drive bottom line results. Success in this position will require leadership, creativity, and collaboration skills with a desire to develop strategy and then execute marketing programs against that strategy to drive profitable growth.

The Senior Product Marketer, Mass/Virtual will develop and execute comprehensive and strategic marketing plans for specific programs to achieve business growth objectives by achieving revenue/cost goals and providing an exceptional experiential learning experience for thousands of young scholars from around the world. Reporting to the SVP, Marketing for Individual/Consumer, the position will be responsible for the creative collaboration and marketing strategy and campaign measurement tools and analytics within a team of peers to achieve defined marketing revenue and budget targets for Mass/Virtual programs within the K12 Individual Strategic Business Unit.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy for assigned programs including defining product offerings/segmentation, channel distribution types, cost/revenue analysis and product development.
  • Set program positioning strategy and work closely with the creative, product development and educational experience teams to ensure consistent messaging throughout channels.
  • Budgeting responsibilities include determining initial marketing strategy, managing budget projections, meeting or exceeding revenue targets and identifying growth opportunities
  • Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan working with all departments to execute; example is the initial marketing timeline and manage the execution of multi-channel offers.
  • Support sales team with lead generation through webinars, live events and creation of sales collateral.
  • Work closely with Product management to evaluate existing and untapped consumer needs within the existing and potential product portfolio through a lens of growth.
  • Present results and analysis for each program to Senior/Executive Management.
  • Research and analyze marketing data and results.
  • Brainstorm program offerings and segmentation test strategies across channels.
