Position Overview:

The Aquatic Aerobics Fitness Instructor at our holistic wellness spa at WorldSprings is responsible for providing high-quality instruction and guidance to our clients in water aerobics. This role plays a crucial part in creating a holistic and nurturing environment where guests can improve their physical fitness, mental well-being, and overall relaxation. The Aquatic Aerobics Fitness Instructor will lead engaging and inclusive group classes, tailoring the sessions to accommodate various skill levels and individual needs. They will also provide personalized attention and guidance to clients to ensure proper technique, form, and safety during these activities. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge and expertise in water aerobics. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to create a soothing and uplifting atmosphere are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

• Develop wellness classes focused in your area of expertise.
• Plan and lead classes while ensuring safe and effective techniques.
• Monitor and inspire guests during classes to ensure proper alignment and execution poses or positions emphasizing safety and individualized modifications when needed.
• Offer personalized guidance to accommodate guests' unique needs and abilities.
• Ensure a safe and clean practice environment and be prepared to provide modifications as needed.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and guest confidentiality.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Certification in Aqua Aerobics.
• Ability to develop and plan classes.
• Experience in a relevant position required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
