WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Sr. Channel Marketing Manager (MX) who will be responsible for leading the Channel Marketing Integration activities forNew Computing and Mobile Experiences products. You will need toquickly understand each business, the channels in which they operate, andquickly navigate the strategic landscape to provide advice, counsel and actionplans to drive sales. Responsibilities include establishing common processesfor developing new marketing programs, creating integrated channel marketingprograms/campaigns driving the growth of the mobile product portfolioincluding Computing/Tablets, Wrist Wearables and True Wireless Sound products.You will report directly to the Director of Channel Marketing on the MXBusiness Strategy and Operations team.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and delivery of a holisticgo-to-market playbook that connects all of our mobile category products withcontents & services offerings, partnership assets.
  • Workswith customer facing sales and marketing channel leads to develop and customizeintegrated marketing campaigns to support product launches as well as lifecycle management activities including promotion, merchandising, and training.
  • Identifygrowth opportunities within customer specific channels such as Company OwnedRetail, Dealer, Care/Telesales/Call Center, partner dot.com and developprograms to grow market share.
  • Developunique local, regional programs to drive objectives in Get, Grow, Protectmarkets while integrating channel partner assets with product launchand other commercial moments throughout the year.
  • Collaboratewith Channel Marketing Strategy & Ops, Business Planning, Strategy andAnalytics, Product Management and Sales Account Teams to drive Revenue, MarketShare, and Switching and Retention Targets.
  • Createinternal and external (customer) communications to communicate valuepropositions and channel strategies.
  • Supportanalysis and development of channel marketing strategic framework and enhancedGalaxy value prop: “Why Galaxy” differentiator.
  • Leadand execute internal and external meetings & workshops as needed.
Required Experience and Education:
  • 8 years of work experience (mobile or CPG industry preferred).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or business-related field(MBA preferred).
  • Strongunderstanding of traditional and digital marketing and the principles ofdriving audience relevance but ultimately the need to drive sales.
  • Diverse Marketing Background (GTM expert).

  • Ability to develop tasks and work assignments, sometimes based on vaguelydefined objectives and parameters.

Physical Demands:

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
