WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Sales Planner who will be responsible for supporting our Customer Success and Sales team in executingadvertiser’s campaign goals. Specifically, you will build supporting materialsfor our advertisers, manage the internal process of the pre-sales campaign lifecycle and play an active role in RFP/RFIs, proposals building and IO approvals.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute the pre-sales process based on theopportunities and goals clients present.
  • Play a key role in building RFPs and IO approvals whileensuring timelines and goals are met.
  • Work cross functionally with varying departments (AdOperations, Inventory, Revenue Ops, etc.)
  • Develop a deep understanding of Samsung Ads productsand sales offerings.
  • Support Customer Success Managers to create and trackproposals, analyze post campaign delivery and billing.
  • Create processes as needed to streamline efficiencieswhile working with the CSM leadership team.
Required Experience and Education:
  • 2-3 years’ experience as a Sales Planner and/ or in adsales, CTV or buying experience (a plus).
  • Experience with media planning, building RFP/RFIs (anasset).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office Excel and PowerPointis essential.
  • Proven knowledge of Media Math and sales cycle.
  • Deep understanding of Media planning and accountteaming
  • Good knowledge of digital advertising and itsrelationship with traditional advertising.

Physical Demands:

Specific vision abilities required by the job include ability to distinguish the nature of objects by using the eye. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90% ) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
