WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Project Manager - B2B Care who will be responsible for advising on delivering initiatives for the B2B Care teamand serve as a key contact for internal leadership and headquarters forinquiries to status of projects in the organization. Plan and directadministrative, financial, and business operations for the organization and actas a point of contact between cross-functional leaders, managers, employees,customers and stakeholders while providing oversight and guidance to projectscritical to the organization.

You will be responsible for a widerange of duties in support of the health of the Strategic Partnerships andPremium Service organization including, but not limited to, key businessprocesses, staffing and people support, business operations, projectmanagement, information technology and development.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Plans and directs the business. Act as a front line tothe Director helping prioritize and focus efforts of self and others towardsthe areas of highest impact.
  • Tracksstrategic initiatives. Monitors progress towards meeting goals, achievingbenchmarks and ensures follow-through on the part of responsible team members
  • Drivesthe organization through effective Project/Program Management for all projectsfor B2B Operation team, and will be required to support and collaborate with B2BCare Project/Program Leaders. Serves as the central point of communication andcoordination for internal queries pertaining to the organization and projectupdates. Sets agendas and crafts communications. Provides continual informationto team members and stakeholders to ensure that actions are taken to addresskey issues. Coordinate with cross-functional teams from around the world toensure that deliverables are executed successfully, on time, and on budget.
  • Leadsmeetings in relation to projects, company progress and people-related issues.Meet with staff and key stakeholders to ensure that progress is maintained tomeet organizational objectives and to foster strong, collaborative workingrelationships. Facilitation of strategic planning and goal setting activitiesincluding performance measurement and reporting systems.
  • Overseesfinancial management processes and systems (capital and expense budgets) toensure the organization runs effectively (within budgets and in adherence topolicies, laws and regulations and maintains proper records and documentation).
  • Supportsthe B2B Operation Leaders in partner/field meetings and ensures that follow-upactions are documented, completed, and results recorded.
  • Readand interpret technical documents, media materials, and contracts (or relateddocuments) based on corporate legal and marketing standards and philosophy.
Required Experience and Education:
  • 6 years of directly relatedexperience is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree required - Master’sdegree preferred.
  • KoreanBilingual preferred.
  • Experiencecommunicating cross-functionally, domestically, globally and up & down anorganization.
  • Musthave experience with Microsoft Standard Office Suite and extensive use ofWindows presentation software in a wireless network environment.
  • Provenexperience successfully planning and executing large projects and/or events.
Necessary Skills and Attributes:
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.

  • Abilityto create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally andexternally at all organizational levels.
  • Musthave the ability to manage through chaos.
  • Demonstratedcompetency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal andexternal personnel at various levels.
  • Ability to develop tasks and work assignments, sometimes based on vaguelydefined objectives and parameters.
  • Abilityto synthesize large amounts of information quickly.
Physical Demands:

Requires considerable (90% ) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
