Objective of the Position:
To support the digital transformation of product at World Travel Inc. with a focus on revenue, retention, and total cost of technology. This position contributes to the success of technical product management including requirements, testing, and client product implementations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
Support the department and team members with the following functions as needed:
- Product Technical Implementations
- In coordination with Product Management
- Technical requirements, project management, technical product bugs – third party and proprietary
- Product Testing
- Go to market testing, enhancements, technology upgrades, quality testing standards
- Client Discovery
- Client facing discovery calls to determine client needs and recommend product configuration
- Client Product Implementations
- Third party and proprietary product implementations (except for OBT and mid-office)
- Top down project management
- Execute SOW and ensure billing for revenue generation
- Cross functional collaboration with internal team members
- Promotion and support of agile methodologies

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities
- Associate degree in this field a plus; and/or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 1 - 3 years of recent, relevant product management experience
- Preference given to experience in corporate travel or travel technology
- Proven record of success leading digital transformation within a travel management company or related field.
- Expert Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Because this is a position that permits telecommuting / working virtually, the Team Member is responsible for;

- establishing a proper home office
