About the Role:

The People Operations Coordinator will assist the People Operations Team with projects, planning, administrative tasks and file management relating to important Company initiatives and tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Front line support for Employee phone calls, directing them to the appropriate People Team support group
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to People Operations Team including Employee change and verification letters
  • Provide back-up support to offer and pre-hire onboarding process
  • File and maintain electronic Personnel files
  • Manage Employment Law Poster service
  • Assist with Team Projects
  • Manage business organizational chart
  • Manage mail distribution for People Operations Team
  • Tracking third-party vendor information and invoicing requests
  • Provide support for Recruiting functions
  • Coordinate People Operations updates on the Employee Intranet Page
  • Assist with pulling required documentation for internal and external audits
  • Assist with coordinating company Employee Engagement tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Education

  • 2 years’ experience in an administrative role required
  • 1 year of general HR experience preferred
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task required
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred
