In this position, this superstar will help us find people, set appointments to get them into our club, work with them to help them get on a membership that fits their needs, helps them understand how personal training plans can help them.

Our new Rockstar Sales Consultants will be in charge of managing a balance between the generation of their new leads and following up on their existing leads from a variety of sources to get these folks in here and get them healthy, happy, and members for life!If numbers and driving revenue in the fitness world is what you are passionate about, cool, you'll do well here.

• To become the greatest ambassador & promoter or Workout Anytime; our brand, our clubs, our services
• Answering phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Setting up new memberships
• Selling personal training
• Conducting guest tours
• Assisting with the club’s daily maintenance
• Other tasks as assigned by management
• Create relationships inside and outside the gym
• To participate in or manage marketing events
• Follow up on your portioned incoming leads from web, renewal, and canceled lists

Qualifications :

• Desired candidates will have some experience in the fitness industry or sales and are able to work in a cooperative, interactive gym setting.
• A flexible work schedule is preferred with availability to work weekends. Previous gym experience also preferred.
