Job Title: Payroll and Accounts Payable Specialist (Full Time)

Supervised by: Controller
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary
The Payroll and Accounts Payable Specialist will work under the direction of the Controller as they process payroll, accounts payable and other duties as may be assigned. The Payroll and Accounts Payable Specialist will have contact with attorneys, firm management, staff, and clients, which requires strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to correspond in a professional matter. This position requires an individual who is meticulous, highly organized and detail oriented, dedicated to customer service and able to work quickly, efficiently, and independently. Excellent communication, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are essential.
