Receptionist (Part-Time)

• Location: Johnstown, PA (Mundays Corner area)
• Payrate: $11 - $12 per hour
• Schedule: Will vary, Wednesday (12pm to 5pm) & Friday (12pm to 5pm), Some evenings REQUIRED

What will you be doing?

• Welcomes patients and visitors to the office by greeting patients and visitors in person and on the telephone and answering inquiries or referring questions to other staff members.
• Schedules appointments ,opens and sorts office mail
• Maintains reception area in a neat and orderly condition.
• Assists patients with insurance papers and billing questions.
• Performs basic filing and recordkeeping
• Performs other duties

What are the Job Requirements?

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
• Must be able to multitask
• Must be good with people
