Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Ocean/Air Import Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the import process for ocean and air shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

Duties:
- Coordinate and oversee the import process for ocean shipments to destination

- Track and monitor shipment progress, providing regular updates to customer

- Prepare and review import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms

- Invoicing to customer and agent

- Resolve any issues or delays in the import process in a timely manner

- Coordinate with warehouse teams to arrange a trucker to pick up the goods

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in import coordination or logistics operations

- Strong understanding of import regulations and customs procedures

- Able to Multi-task and organize

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and logistics software

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Legally eligible to work in the U.S

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
