Job Overview: TEMP TO PERM POSITION ***7AM-3:30PM *** $19-$20/HR

As a CNC Mill Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) milling machines to produce precision parts and components.

Responsibilities:

• Set-up CNC mills by installing and adjusting tools and attachments.
• Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample work pieces.
• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a CNC Mill
• Must be able to set up milling machines.
• Must be able to make minor corrections to programs / speeds / feeds / offsets.
• Must be able to read drawings and written instructions. Including blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Must be able to inspect / measure parts.
• Good people skills and team player.
• English proficiency.
