Woods Supermarkets is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near Bolivar, MO
- Use modeling and planning to develop and evolve a robust and financially effective customer acquisition and retention program.
- Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data through the use of analytics.
- Research, develop and implement new and creative growth strategies.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess effectiveness against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Assist with planning and budgetary control of all Advertising and Marketing.
- Oversee print ad production and distribution to ensure adherence to budget.
- Responsible to manage Omni Channel Brand Messaging.
- Expand and evolve brands within the Woods envelopes.
- Manage the purchase of all media, radio, billboards, etc…
- Oversee all website development and content.
- Oversee all digital and social media use including development and content.
- Oversee all digital marketing campaigns.
- Communicate all company press releases to the media.
- Grow strategy to increase e-commerce reach and sales.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Must have previous advertising and marketing experience and a working knowledge of retail.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, proficient and a working knowledge of current social media and website.
- Working knowledge of analytic tools including Google Analytics.
- Comfort level with evolving technology.
- Prior experience in retail grocery industry a plus.
- Graphic Artist Experience.
- The employee will not use drugs or alcohol on the job.
- The employee will not create a direct threat to the health and safety of others on the job.
