Woodmeister Master Builders is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Boston, MA

Woodmeister is a Residential Construction, Millwork and Lifestyle Management company, known for meticulous attention to detail and tireless pursuit of the exceptional. We provide fine quality home building, renovations, custom cabinetry, architectural woodworking and residential management services for discerning clientele.

We are currently seeking an accomplished Project Manager to join our team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an effective professional to plan, manage and execute significant projects, cultivating Woodmeister’s reputation as the premier builder in the high-end residential market.

Working closely with clients, designers and architects, you will direct all aspects of high-end residential projects from launch through completion.

As the Project Manager you will be responsible to:

  • Develop & define the scope of work for field management and subcontractors
  • Estimate project costs and selling price
  • Develop and manage the project budget
  • Develop and manage the schedule
  • Coordinate all purchasing
  • Manage permits and regulatory requirements
  • Manage jobsite communication and safety
  • Cultivate and maintain customer relationships
  • Ensure quality standards are met or exceeded
  • Deliver the project on time and on budget

Requirements:

  • Eight to ten years of demonstrated project management experience in high-end residential construction
  • Thorough knowledge of the building trades including millwork and renovation
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers, designers and subcontractors Leadership skills to meet our exacting standards of quality and customer satisfaction while bringing projects in on time and at budget.
