GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB - Responsible for leading multiple group fitness classes that range in variety and fitness levels; strength, stretch, water aerobics, etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Anticipates guest needs
• Provides prompt and courteous service to each guest
• Maintains open communication with management and co-workers
• Informs Management of guest concerns, safety concerns and maintenance issues
• Assists co-workers at all times, continuously providing teamwork
• Performs functions which require organization, speed, standing, bending, reaching, turning, lifting items
• Performs all job specific duties
• Maintains and clean and neat work area

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have experience in Les Mills, Body Training Systems or MOSSA.
• Must have a current Adult CPR certification, be able to work flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays.
• Needs to have an accreditation from AFAA, ACE, NASM or a degree in exercise science.
• Must be available to work on weekends.
