Woodloch is Hiring an Evening and Social Programming Staff Near Hawley, PA

Qualifications:

Excellent personal appearance, good communication and listening skills and a friendly, congenial personality.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
The ability to work in a high-volume, busy service environment while maintaining composure and focus on guest.
Have an enthusiastic and engaging attitude with guests to encourage participation in a variety of social programming activities.
Willingness to gain proficiency in new or unfamiliar programming options.
Possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record.

Responsibilities:

Set-up, break-down, and facilitate a variety of social programming activities, including but not limited to game nights, campfire stories, s'mores and more, nature decorating classes, etc.
Enhance the social programming offerings with new ideas and activities that coincide with the nature of the department.
Provide fun and engaging social programming activities for guests as an enhancement to their stay.
Regular and timely attendance for scheduled shifts.
Provide personal attention to guests as appropriate.
Assist in the maintenance, cleanliness, and neatness of the equipment.
Maintain current knowledge of all company information.
Work cooperatively and professionally with all departments.
Be available for evening and weekend programs.
Be familiar with philosophy of resort and be able to communicate that to the guests during their activities.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by Management.
