  • $60,000 annually, plus annual bonus dependent on company profitability

What our Quality Analyst does:
  • Ensure goods and/or services requests are submitted in line with specified cost, quality, delivery targets focused on defined performance levels and requirements
  • Support the general purchasing function and stakeholders, communicating any supply challenges which may impact business operations
  • Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures
  • Set up and implement quality and product testing procedures and document and report results for purposes of assessing suppliers and best sources of supply
  • Act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes
  • Provide analysis reports on quality, inventory, costs, and review cost reduction activities
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly metric reports
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvements
  • Continually analyze information gathered from above listed activities to identify to management opportunities to improve processes. Develop programs to facilitate recommended improvements.
What you need to have:
  • BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Must have a comprehensive understanding and skill level in the following areas: Budgeting, Financial Analysis, MS Office Suite and relational database concepts
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing, negotiation, commercial understanding and cost breakdown
