What our HRIS Coordinator does (this is a sample list):
  • Act as subject-matter expert for the division for all HR related information systems including SAP HR, SuccessFactors, WorkForce (Time, Attendance, and ACT), SAP Org Management, ADP, UKG, MyTools, and other HR-related applications, providing first-level support to system users in the division.
  • Process HR-related changes to employee profiles, ensuring approvals and accuracy.
  • Gathers and prepares incoming pay data from multiple time-keeping systems for the Division, provides to Woodgrain HQ, to ensure timely and accurate processing. Audits and reviews payroll data in pre-close status, makes recommendations for adjustments and corrections, and verifies completion.
  • Manage quarterly and annual bonus processes, as well as annual merit cycle.
  • Maintain data accuracy within systems, conducting regular audits.
  • Assist new employees and managers with timekeeping and payroll systems, scheduling training sessions and attending planned orientations as scheduled.
What you need to have:
  • BA/BS degree in HR or IT-related field, -OR- equivalent years of experience
  • 2-5 years of working with HRIS systems, Success Factors is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and attention to detail is required.
  • Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures to ensure systems meet the organizational needs and goals, with consistent application.
  • Must be a team player, able to collaborate with others in the department to problem-solve.
  • Must be advanced in Excel, using vlookups and pivot tables.
