Woodfield Boca Raton is:adding to it's Food & Beverage management team. We are looking for a Bar:Manager :who will be responsible for exceeding all member and guest expectations. Our candidate will assure the highest standards of service are met including bar appearances, hospitality of service staff, as well as the cleanliness of beverage facilities. and will provide supervision and training to staff. Additionally our candidate will have proficiencies including the the ability to develop pars, the ordering and inventory of liquor, creating craft cocktail menus along with maintaining budgets and monitoring costs.

Our ideal candidate must have 3-4 years of bar management experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant or club, with strong customer service, communication and organizational skills. Must have excellent communication and computer skills, knowledge of JONAS preferred. Candidate must have a flexible schedule, available to work 5-6 days per week, including afternoons, evenings, holidays and weekends.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years supervisory experience in a upscale restaurant, preferably within a luxury hotel or country club

• Ability to work flexible schedule, days, nights, weekends and holidays.

• Must have excellent wine knowledge and the ability to create craft cocktails.

• Ability to manage weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, corporate events, high-end member functions and events up to 1,000 attendees.

• Ability to train, and manager staff of bartenders

• Must have superior communication skills, written and verbal

• Hospitality degree/management degree or relevant experience

• JONAS knowledge, preferred
