Inspired by cooking techniques from Texas to South Carolina, Wolf River Brisket offers a modern twist on Southern classics.
The menu highlights our house-smoked meats, including our signature Prime beef brisket, chicken, and salmon. With the bar as a focal point of the full-service dining room, WRB is also the go-to place to get an expertly balanced cocktail or a local beer on tap.

Line / Prep Cooks are the front-line for ensuring the perfect preparation of our unique and carefully crafted recipes.
Responsibilities include :
- Washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat and other general cooking duties
- Operating a large food smoker and a stone oven.
- Preparing appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches, and other entrees
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work area
- Interacting with a Kitchen Display System
- Ensuring accurate fulfillment of orders
- And most importantly, creating a remarkable experience for our guests.
