Job Description

The Dealer Sales Representative position focuses on growing and maintaining the dealer network across the U.S. and worldwide through independent territory planning and management. Though the Sales Representative is solely responsible for their territory, they work in a team environment with the other reps. This position is the liaison between the company and its dealers and reflects our commitment to mutually equitable relationships while embodying our fun and inspiring culture.

Responsibilities:

• Research new markets and potential growth areas within assigned territory.
• Prospect viability of potential dealers through exhaustive research to determine effectiveness and fit with our brand.
• Thoroughly understand product details to better educate, sell to and find solutions for our customers.
• Understand our dealers retail perspective and constraints in order to aid in developing solutions that are a win-win.
• Maintain relationship with current dealer network through follow up and communication of relevant information.
• Work with current dealers to create the best customer service and grow sales within their territory.
• Assist in determining sales strategies and goals for dealer network.
• Partner with accounts to resolve issues and minimize concerns.
• Plan and attend effective dealer trips and events.
• Seek out more efficient and effective ways to push the company forward.
• Understand and help with functions of other departments.
• Learn competitors’ products to better understand how our brand fits into the marketplace.

Reports To:

The Dealer Sales Representative reports directly to Director of Sales and Marketing.
